New Monthly Award Program for Homeowners

The HOA Board launched a new monthly award program April 2010, to encourage creative and thoughtful landscaping and yard care. It appears to be spurring on some very hard work for many homeowners in the neighborhood, which has not gone unnoticed! Our neighborhood is looking better as a whole, so keep it up and you could be our next winner!

Want to be recognized for yard work well done? Beginning April 15th, one Lindenwood homeowner is being recognized each month for their well manicured lawn, flower beds, curb appeal, etc. Every month, one household is being awarded a $25 home improvement gift card, along with having the "Yard of the Month" sign displayed in their front yard and a photo of their beautiful yard posted on this page!. So keep working hard, planting those flowers, fertilizing those lawns, trimming those shrubs, refreshing that mulch... be our next well-deserved winner!
