QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

What's with the brown pond?
For a detailed answer, check out the Landscaping page.

Why are all the grates rusty?

The other non-rusty grates, while looking good, were not up to code. Our "new rusty grates" now meet code.

What is up with all the curb work and the black mats on the sidewalk crossings?

Again, code issue. Our streets will be repaved with a new layer of blacktop. Before that can happen, curbing needs to be up to code. The black mats indicate wheelchair and handicapped ramps. Sometime in the next month, we should expect more curb repair to be done - no idea when that could happen. Expect to see more orange cones and street crews.

I want a fence/pool/tool shed - Do I need permission?
Yes, you must submit a Modification Request form. Please see Modifications page, for a more complete explanation.

How to I contact the "Home Owner's Association"?

Please see Contact Us page. This website was developed to open up the lines of communication in the most convenient way.

Where is the new neighborhood phone list?

For privacy and security reasons, the phone list needs to be reviewed with signature approval from each resident "approving" their contact inforrmation. The phone list is voluntary (but we encourage everyone's participation) - if you want to be included, you will receive a copy when it is completed. Tracking down each resident has been tricky. Expect an updated phone list soon - but if you do not receive one we could not find you, or you did not want to be found. Please email Laurie Black for a time and place to review your current information, add or change it, and obtain your signature.

Please email additional questions to the Lindenwood HOA Board.

UPCOMING EVENTS & LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD ISSUES

See Guidelines Here

Starting April 15th, 2010, one Lindenwood Homeowner will be recognized each month for their well manicured lawn, flower beds, curb appeal, etc. Please see Yard of the Month Page fore more details.

A current neighborhood phone and email list is available. We would like to include everyone, however you must sign for approval to include your contact information in this list. If you do so, you will receive a copy of the complete list via email. It will be extremely helpful to get an email address for each homeowner, to allow more effective and immediate communication. Please contact Chairperson for more information.

Please remember "they poop it, you scoop it" - you are responsible for removing any waste your animal leaves behind in our community. Please carry a grocery bag with you, to quickly remove as you walk. This is a social responsibility, as well as keeping your pets on a leash when off of your own property.

Community Yard Sale planned for Saturday, May 8 2010, 8am - 12pm. Contact Rosanne Montemarano if you are interested in participating.
