ABOUT LINDENWOOD BUILDERS...
You walk down our beautiful quaint tree lined streets, sidewalks on both sides, taking in the country air. You pass another neighbor, pulling their youngest child in a wagon while their older child rides along side on their new bicycle. Your dog barks his own greeting to your new friends, enjoying a place you can take him out to stretch his legs. The concept originally planned by Crossland Developer, was completed in 2007in Wesley Chapel, North Carolina . As yards are landscaped, trees gain maturity, and people connect with other neighbors in their new home, our community will continue to increase with value in every way.
The 75 homes in Lindenwood were built by four builders. Ryland Homes, who originally purchased all 75 lots from Crossland, started the neighborhood with the unique Craftsman Style Home idea and built a total of 58 homes. After a period of time and with many other new neighborhood styles in the area gaining attention, Ryland sold the remaining 17 lots to Lennar Builders, who brought a new style of home into the neighborhood to compliment the existing style - brick homes with open floor plans and large front porches. Lennar built a total of 6 homes while the remaining 11 lots were sold to two custom builders, Korben Homes and Ellex Custom Homes, who have done a superb job of completing the neighborhood.
